Sameer Kapadia, MD, FACS
Double board-certified plastic surgeon serving Chicago and Elk Grove Village, IL
Dr. Sameer Kapadia is a double board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose path to medicine runs through the fine arts. That background shapes how he sees proportion, balance, and form and how he designs outcomes that still feel like you.
Warm, unhurried, and genuinely invested in every patient’s story, Dr. Kapadia believes physical transformation and emotional well-being are closely connected. He takes time to understand not just what you want changed, but why.
An artistic eye, precise technique, and genuinely patient-centered care.
At Kapadia Plastic Surgery, every consultation begins with listening. Dr. Kapadia takes time to understand your goals, your concerns, and what feeling like yourself truly means to you. That conversation shapes everything — from the treatment plan to the outcome you can expect on the other side.
Whether you're considering a single procedure or a more comprehensive transformation, you'll be treated as a person first, a patient second. The practice is built around that philosophy, and it shows in every interaction, from your first call to your final follow-up.

His practice spans the full spectrum of plastic surgery, with particular depth in breast and body procedures.
Breast Surgery
Breast procedures remain one of the clearest strengths of the practice, from refined augmentation planning to lift, reduction, and reconstruction. Motiva Preservé and implant-based augmentation are central parts of that work.
Body Contouring
Body procedures are approached with the same emphasis on proportion, softness, and long-term balance, whether the plan centers on contour refinement, restoration after pregnancy, or a more comprehensive silhouette change.
Reconstructive Surgery
Restoring form and function after cancer, trauma, or tissue loss remains a core part of the practice. That includes facial reconstruction, breast reconstruction, and cases that demand both technical precision and aesthetic judgment.
Gender Affirmation Surgery
Dr. Kapadia approaches all patients, including those seeking gender affirmation procedures, with respect, dignity, and unwavering expertise. Individualized planning is central to that process.
